A rendezők fenntartják a jogot, hogy indokolt esetben előzetes figyelmeztetés nélkül módosítsák az útvonalat, elsősegélyhelyek, frissítőpontok helyét, valamint szélsőséges időjárás miatt vagy bármilyen más indokból módosítsák a rajt idejét, helyét vagy töröljék a versenyt. Ha a verseny előtti 30-ik napig, kívülálló események miatt a versenyt törölni kell, a Szervezők a nevezési díj 75%-át visszautalják a résztvevők számára, vagy lehetőséget biztosítanak a verseny "instant" módon történő teljesítésére és a rajtcsomag átvételére. Ha a versenyző a visszautalást választja, a rajtcsomag átvételére nincs lehetősége. Ha az instant teljesítést választja a versenyző, egy erre szolgáló külön regisztrációs felületen ezt megteheti. Ebben az esetben a befutóérmet, és a rajtcsomagot is hiánytalanul megkapja.
